determines thru independent means or in their own judgment,

or the subject of disputes and/or controversy by any third parties.

is "as is" with all faults and without warranty
or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, including
those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,
or arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice.
Majon International makes no warranties or representations

any of the information contained anywhere in any of our online
servers, web sites and domains, including those domain names
controlled by others and housed on our serving equipment or
housed on third party internet web servers.
In no event shall Majon International be liable for any direct, incidental
or consequential damages, lost profits, lost advertising or any indirect damages
even if Majon International has been informed of the possibility thereof.
Liability in any case shall not exceed the cost of any particular product
or service offered by Majon International. Furthermore, all users are informed
that they accept their own risk of loss of information and/or business due
to power outages, equipment failures, malicious intrusions, and accidental
deletions. Majon International maintains every effort to provide a high level
of service so that such occurrences do not happen, however there are no guarantees
(implied or expressed) that such incidents won't ever happen.
Terms
of Service Agreement
This agreement covers all Majon International web site traffic promotion
services.
Each service functions in different ways. All guaranteed visitor services
deliver an agreed number of visitors to a website (or websites) of your choice.
You are entering into an agreement to have your advertising displayed across
the Majon network of sites, and across 3rd party sites where required, to
deliver an agreed number of visitors to your website(s).
By purchasing the guaranteed traffic services you agree to be bound by this
Terms of Service agreement.
You are not permitted to display advertising that contains, or links to a
webpage that contains, information of an adult nature, pornography, promotion
of illegal activities, racism, hatred of any kind, Warez, and objectionable
material. Please contact us if you need further clarification about this.
You are not permitted to display advertising that is misleading, inappropriate,
offensive, slanderous, or that breaks any law governing advertising in the
United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or member countries
of the European Union.
You are entirely responsible for all information contained in your advertising.
Majon International is not responsible for this information. Please ensure
that the information you provide is legal, accurate, and meets the requirements
of this Terms of Service agreement.
Under no circumstances is Majon International liable in any way for any content
including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or
for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any
content posted, emailed, or otherwise transmitted via the service.
Majon International reserves the right to withdraw, withhold, remove and/or
suspend any advertising that may breech this agreement. You will always be
given the opportunity to amend the advertising so that it meets the requirements
of this agreement.
Majon International assumes no liability for disruptions of the Service,
including but not limited to vandalism, theft, Internet disruptions, extreme
or severe weather conditions, or any other causes in the nature of "ACTS
OF GOD" or force Majeure.
Majon International aims to provide an exceptional advertising service to
all clients. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us directly
and immediately so that a remedy may be established.
Majon International is an established and reputable Internet marketing and
advertising company. Majon International has always maintained a solid, goodwill
policy toward its customers. We always strive for the highest level of customer
satisfaction attainable.
When a customer has a particular concern or complaint, they should do one
or more of the following actions:
1) Directly contact any Majon personnel via any direct staff email address
they may have obtained from that person

When contacting us please provide as many details as possible regarding any
possible concerns. We will work to make things right for you, including offering
other Majon International services free of charge to help you get a better
response. If necessary, we will provide you with a refund on any remaining
undelivered traffic or unused service. PLEASE NOTE: As we work with various
partners and incur expenses in carrying out our services, we cannot, under
any circumstance, issue refunds for portions of services that have already
been delivered.
In any instance where a customer's service has been terminated due to a violation
of Majon's stated use policies or other generally acceptable Internet standards
- NO refund either full or partial - shall be due the customer.
